Payment in other value must be agreed by the landlord.
Extra information to the rental prices:
Final cleaning: 50,00 € per stay‚
- electricity, water, under floor heating incl.,
- fire wood by request only for a consideration.
- bedset, towels incl. (1x bed-set per person and stay incl. otherwise 5€ per bed-set each.
- 3 towels per person/week incl., dishtowels, incl. ( extra sets towels per person each 5€ )
- Service for railway passengers: Pick up from station Altenstadt (10€) or Hanau (20€) incl. bagage (no bikes, motorbikes or sportutilities) on request.
- Availability arrival Saturday from 15:00 hours o’clock and departure Saturday till 10:00 hours o’clock
- Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year, and all legal holidays will be charged as high season. Minimum stay at legal holidays between 3 and 5 days and on request.
Payment:
- After receipt of booking conservation we ask you to pay a 25% deposit of the rental charge in € within 8 days.
6 weeks befor arrival you pay the rest of the rental charge.
- Caution 150€.
- By cancellation of the booked apartment till 8 weeks before arrival you have to pay 50% of the rental amount. After 8 weeks before arrival you have to pay 80% of the rental amount in case of cancellation of the booked apartment. In both cases the landlord can put the apartment for rent to somebody else. The lodger has not the possibility to claim for compensation. Cancellations must be given written notice.
- Wird die Anzahlung nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung nicht termingerecht geleistet ist der Anbieter berechtigt die Buchung der Ferienwohnung ohne jegliche Schadensersatzanspüche des Mieters/Gastes schriftlich zu stornieren und die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten.
- Has the outstanding payment not been paid within 6 weeks before arrival, the landlord can charge 80% of the rental price and can offer the apartment for rent to somebody else. No claim for compensation possible.
